Job Overview

As a Client Relations and Strategic Support Intern, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining connections with our existing client base. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to ensure their needs are met, addressing any concerns, and ensuring that our services continue to meet or exceed their expectations. Additionally, you will provide crucial support to the CEO and CTO in preparing fund application pitch decks and presentations. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in client relations, business communication, and strategic business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain relationships with a designated list of clients.
  • Regularly communicate with clients via email, phone, or virtual meetings to ensure their satisfaction with our services.
  • Address and resolve any client inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and deliverables are on track.
  • Update and maintain client information in our CRM system.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on client feedback and relationship status to management.
  • Assist in developing strategies to improve client retention and satisfaction.
  • Support the CEO and CTO in preparing fund application pitch decks and presentations.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Basic understanding of financial concepts and business planning.
  • Experience or coursework in preparing presentations, especially pitch decks for business purposes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, and familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Spark.
  • Ability to conduct research and synthesize information to support funding applications.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and supporting business strategy.
