Mentors will use their industry experience to help students quickly identify the right career direction, establish a clear understanding of the industry and positions, and objectively analyze their strengths and weaknesses. On this basis, mentors will create customized courses and job search plans for the students, combining the students’ backgrounds and the recruiting timeline of their target industries.
2. Industry Customized Courses
During the learning process of hard skills courses, industry knowledge systems, and project case practices, students can arrange 1v1 sessions with mentors to solve relevant professional problems or receive feedback and suggestions on projects. The customized courses aim to give students more targeted knowledge explanations and project guidance.
3. Job Application Documents
With their rich experience in selecting resumes, mentors know exactly what kind of resume will catch the eye of HR and Hiring Managers, thus securing an interview offer. Mentors will dig into the students’ past experiences through communication, creating personalized job application resumes, and ensuring each bullet point is results-driven. Additionally, they will help students build a complete LinkedIn/Maimai profile that meets the standards for precise search/match by recruiters. Furthermore, they will fine-tune resumes for specific job descriptions (JD), significantly increasing the pass rate of students’ resumes.
4. Social Soft Skills
For industries that value networking, mentors will help students improve their job search social skills and customize social email templates for them. 5. Interview Coaching
